An intercooler core is comprised of many stacks of tubes. the longer the tubes (width), the more the pressure drop. The higher the number of tubes(heigth) and the wider the tubes(thickness), the better the flow. so your charge face (heigth x thickness) is more important than your width (tube length). so compare the charge face of a stillen sidemount, 8.5" x 3.5", versus the charge face of one bank of the uas, 5.5" x 3", that will show you that the flow would be better on the stillen. Now as for pressure drop take the width of the stillen, 9.5", and the width of the UAS, 24", and you will see that the uas will have much more pressure drop due to the length of tube.
